All Group Fitness classes are instructed by nationally certified Fitness Professionals who are well educated on the most effective,
safest and efficient ways to train the body. With our cutting edge programs and a trainer making sure you're doing things right, you're going to quickly look and feel you best!
CROSS TRAINING
We are firm believers in the importance of mixing up your training routine. Include a variety of different classes to help you develop a balanced body, reduce risk of overuse injuries and increase enjoyment and exercise adherence.
SCHEDULING
Our Group Fitness Schedule was designed so that you have flexibility with your weekly exercise routine. If you don't have a lot of time, our 30 minute 'Express Classes' are ideal. Or if time is not an issue, you can do one of our longer classes or throw in a bit of variety and double up on a couple of Express classes back-to-back. OUR CLASSES
CIRCUIT: Appropriate for a wide range of fitness levels., it includes a large variety of exercises including body weight, free weights, cardio bursts and core stability. Motivation levels are kept high in this dynamic freestyle class.
SUPERVISED CIRCUIT: Incredibly popular with our mature and less mobile clients, the supervised circuit with Anne includes all of the benefits of a circuit class with an added focus for those with less familiarity with training, those with movement difficulties and those recovering from injuries.
BOXING: A dynamic and intense class using basic boxing techniques and conditioning exercises designed to elevate the heart rate and let off steam in a motivating environment. CARDIO BLITZ: A high energy class focusing on improving fitness and burning calories. A great class for all levels of fitness! ZUMBA: A Latin-Inspired dance-fitness class, incorporating Latin and International music and dance moves, ZUMBA is a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system combining fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. YOGA: A combination of yoga styles based on held poses as well as flowing sequences to enhance flexibility, balance, strength and clarity of mind. MAT PILATES: Experience positive body awareness. Teaching balance and control of the body, Pilates yields numerous benefits such as flexibility and strength, particularly of the core.
